Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. It helps to secure your spot and covers the time I dedicate to preparing for your session. The deposit is then applied toward your total session fee.

The Sun Package is the full experience, capturing every special moment in stunning detail. With 25–50+ beautifully edited images, it’s like telling your entire story through pictures! Perfect for those who want a rich, comprehensive collection of memories that truly reflect who you are.

The Moon Package is a session that gives you 12 hand-picked, edited images. Ideal for those who want a handful of gorgeous memories without committing to a longer session. It’s the perfect balance of quality and convenience!

The Star Package is a short and sweet 15-minute mini-session, designed for those who need just a few images. You’ll receive 5 edited photos, perfect for postcards, social media content, or any quick use.

The $50 retainer is non-refundable, as it holds your spot and covers time spent preparing for your session. However, if you give at least 24 hours’ notice (or reasonable notice in case of an emergency), that retainer can be applied toward a rescheduled session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up, all payments made will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future session. You would be required to pay a new $50 retainer to book the new session.

All of your pictures will be uploaded onto a password-protected online gallery within 3 weeks. You can expect sneak peeks within 48 hours. All prints will be mailed out within 4 weeks. In the past, I have been praised for getting out my galleries very quickly. Trust that I will get them to you as soon as I possibly can (because I’m so excited to give them to you too!) :)

Once you have officially booked with me, I will send you a comprehensive guide that goes over what to wear and styling tips.

No worries at all! I’ll guide you through every step of the session. You don’t have to know what to do—I’ll give you fun prompts and help you feel relaxed and confident so we can capture your best moments. You’ll be a pro in no time!

If the weather isn’t looking great, we’ll touch base the day before or the morning of your session. If it’s truly unworkable (heavy rain, extreme wind, cold weather, etc.), we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. Overcast skies, however, are often ideal for photos, so we won’t reschedule for clouds alone!

Don’t worry- this is completely normal and totally expected! I approach each session with patience, flexibility, and a few tricks up my sleeve to keep things light and fun. I’ll gently guide your children while also letting them be themselvers, and some of the most magical images come from the in-between moments. No need to stress, we’ll capture beautiful photos no matter what!

I will provide you with a list of locations that we could attend, or if you have somewhere better, I’m always down to try some place new! I am willing to drive 35 minutes one way for any photoshoot. Any additional time may require a travel fee determined by the mileage and time it takes to get there.

Of course! Props can add a personal touch and make your session feel even more unique. Whether it’s a special blanket, fun sign, or a favorite book, feel free to bring anything that’s meaningful to you!
